Dr. Salavarria is a licensed physical therapist in New York State. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from College of Saint Scholastica.

Anna was drawn to physical therapy by her belief that everyone has the potential for progress—they just need the right support and direction. She takes pride in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, and finds fulfillment in creating positive, lasting impacts on their health and well-being.

In our clinic, Dr. Anna focuses on building strong relationships with her patients and tailoring care to their individual goals. Whether helping someone return to daily activities or guiding them through rehab after injury, her approach is both supportive and results-driven.

In her free time, Dr. Anna enjoys working out and traveling.

Dr. Shirley Sabino PT, DPT

Dr. Sabino graduated from Dominican College of Blauvelt in New York in 2016 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

As an experienced physical therapist, she is deeply committed to helping individuals restore movement and function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. She genuinely enjoys helping people get back to doing what they love. She is passionate about evidence-based practice, patient education, and helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Combining clinical expertise with compassionate care, her top priority is helping patients overcome physical limitations and achieve their personal goals.

Dr. Maria Rizza Etrata PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Maria Rizza Etrara is a Doctor of Physical Therapy based in New York and a proud graduate of Utica College.

She is passionate, hardworking, and deeply committed to helping her patients recover, regain independence, and adapt confidently to their current level of function. She primarily treats musculoskeletal conditions and has a special interest in postsurgical rehabilitation, including total knee replacements (TKR), total hip replacements (THR), and various types of fractures. She also manages select neurological conditions such as Bell's palsy and meralgia paresthetica, providing individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's needs.

Dr. Etrata strongly believes that self-care is essential for everyone and is a vital part of long-term health, healing, and overall quality of life. Her goal is not only to treat injuries but also to empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to move better and live well.

Dr. Adam Gazdzinski PT, DPT, ECS, OCS

Medical Director

Dr. Adam Gazdzinski, PT, DPT, ECS, OCS is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience.

A graduate of Long Island University in New York, Dr. Gazdzinski has dedicated his career to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care across a wide range of rehabilitation settings. He specializes in orthopedic and neurological conditions and has advanced expertise in electrophysiological evaluation, allowing for a comprehensive and precise approach to diagnosis and treatment planning.

As Medical Director, Dr. Gazdzinski provides clinical leadership while maintaining a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, professional excellence, and compassionate care. He is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes and return to the activities they value most.
